How to change downloaded Wordpress theme settings

How to change these all configurable Wordpress theme options?
Step 1
Log-in to your Wordpress admin panel (yoursite.com/wp-admin) on the left menu, go to Appearance -> Themes.

Step 2
Make sure, you've activated downloaded theme. Activated theme should be visible as "Current theme". On the right of theme thumbnail, click "Theme options".

Step 3
Now theme options window should appear. You can change these options depending on your needs.
